I'm a passionate storyteller with a dynamic background in theatre, film, and documentary. My video work can be seen on SoulPancake, BuzzFeed, Refinery29, Yahoo! Studios, and PeopleTV. I perform frequently at The Moth.
After receiving a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Colorado at Denver in 2003, I moved to New York City, where I ran multiple original shows and performed weekly with house teams at the Upright Citizen's Brigade Theatre. In 2009, I wrote and produced an original web series, Old Friends, which went on to sell to CBS through 20th Century FOX and 21 Laps Entertainment.
I moved to Los Angeles in 2010 and have been actively engaged in writing, producing, and directing ever since. In 2019, I moved to Denver, CO. I continue to use film to harness the connective power of vulnerability.
